What are the processing time and shipping costs?

ISNEON offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders. However, additional charges may apply for certain islands or territories with difficult access.

All of our LED neon light signs are made to order. In general, it takes 2 to 3 business days to produce and 7-15 business days to deliver your beautiful piece after payment. Depending on the demand, we also offer an expedited delivery option (5-7 business days) for an extra charge which can be selected at checkout.

Please note that our customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Where do you ship signs to?

Our signs can be delivered to wide range of countries including those in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more.

We ask for your understand that we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time. Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.

RETRUN

Returns/Cancellation

For fully custom/bespoke pieces we can't accept cancellation or returns after payment due to change of mind unfortunately, as all pieces are one off made to order. All sales are final once placed on site. If your piece is faulty or has any error, of course we can accept a return or replacement for you.

For pre-set designed signs, we can accept a return within 14 days of receipt if the product is unused and is in the same condition and packaged like when it was first received.

In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at support@isneon.com and we will deliver a replacement free of charge.

We offer a 12 month guarantee on all pieces, so if your piece breaks or stops working in any way during this period just let us know and we will replace it free of charge! :)
